Billionaire Extraordinaire! Photos Of William Kabogo’s Iguta Paradise Homes in Runda Which He Is Selling For Ksh2.5 Billion

William Kabogo sunk billions of shillings into real estate project dubbed Iguta homes after he failed to recapture his Kiambu governor seat in 2017 general election.

Kabogo’s Iguta Paradise Homes is situated in the leafy suburbs of Runda along Kiambu road.

The multibillion investment which started in 2018 consists of 60 units of 4 bedroom houses with each unit sitting in a 1/8 acre piece of land.

Each villa boasts of an en-suite bedrooms, master bedroom with a walk-in closet, private balcony, 3 parking spaces, a fully equipped private gym, home office, solar water heating, steam rooms with Jacuzzi and sauna, a video door phone with intercom linked to gatehouse, provision of panic button, alarm sensors in all bedrooms and a main entrance lobby space.

Other amenities include indoor entertainment, a party area with an outdoor barbeque area, two outdoor swimming pools, landscaped green spaces and jogging/walking tracks.

Iguta Paradise Homes are being sold for between Ksh40 million and Ksh44 million – according to the Iguta homes website.

Kabogo’s net worth is expected to raise significantly if he disposes all the houses in his Iguta Paradise project. With full occupancy, the former Kiambu governor will rake in a cool Ksh2.5 billion.

In March 2021, Kabogo invited President Uhuru Kenyatta for a tour of the multibillion shilling real estate project in Runda.
