Pesa Kama Njugu! Michelle Ntalami Allows Camera Into Her Factory To Film Manufacture Of Her Cosmetic Products

Michelle Ntalami started her company Marini Naturals out of a kitchen but now it’s a huge cosmetic manufacturing company with tens of employees.

Ntalami’s idea to start her own cosmetic company came in 2013 when she decided to live a healthier lifestyle and cut her hair to let it grow out naturally.

She had her eureka moment after struggling to find good quality and economical hair products that suits her.

Michelle Ntalami spent months searching for the right products that would work with her kinky African hair. She started importing a few, but they were too expensive to keep up with.

She then decided to come up with her own natural hair products and that’s how Marini Naturals was birth.

Just like any business, it was not easy for Michelle Ntalami to grow her company alone. She partnered with her friend Niyati Patel to get Marini Naturals out of the kitchen and into an industrial complex.

Michelle Ntalami decided to give her fans a tour of her company in a video clip posted on her social media account on March 23rd 2022.

She showed viewers how her products are manufactured at her company and how they basically operate.

The Marine Natural CEO also narrated the story behind her company in a long post on social media;

Where all the @marini.naturals magic happens! ✨

From out of kitchen start-up, to small business, to mid-sized company, now going on Global Corp! ?✈️ Standing in the middle of my own Cosmetic Manufacturing plant that I only once ever dreamed of.? #swipe

FACT: There’s nothing like an “overnight success.” The only overnight success that exists is being able to get your full 8 hours of sleep in a night as an adult.? It took me 7 years to get this right, and it will probably take me another 7 to look back at it and see all the things I could have still done differently.

That said, a woman in manufacturing in Africa with her own factory and exporting her products globally is no mean feat! The challenges I’ve faced in this industry have been crazy! One day I’ll share. But for now, I celebrate myself for slaying each dragon every damn time!⚔️?

I believe in both journeys and destinations. None is lesser than the other. You’ve got to trust the process, but you’ve also got to be headed somewhere! You’ve got to have goals, milestones and targets. You need a reason to wake up every day, and often times even when all else doesn’t go as planned, your own mission, vision and destination will be it!

I’m just here to tell you, whatever you put your mind to, believe you can achieve it! But your dream won’t work unless you do. Stop wishing and wanting, no one is coming to save you. Stop wasting your days on people, things and habits that don’t add value and keep you stagnant.

Stop moving with the crowd or trying to fit in, something I see so much in our society today. The more you fit in, the more you get lost in the stampede to nowhere-land.?? Remember, you can only be as good as the highest achiever in your ‘squad’. Then what, if you know you were made for more?

Have your own mind, and carve out your own path. Cut off the distractions and get down to business. And if you ever have any doubts about what you’re capable of, save this post or pin it up on your board as a reminder. You can and will win! End of story.?
