Anerlisa Muigai took a subliminal shot at her Tanzanian ex-husband Ben Pol whom she is locked in a vicious divorce battle with.
The Keroche heiress appeared in a clip with her boyfriend Melvin Ibrahim when she appeared to be throwing major shade at Ben Pol.
Anerlisa laughed hard when Melvin made fun of Bongo music, saying that all Tanzanian musicians sound the same and seems to be crying while singing.
Anerlisa Muigai got into a relationship with Melvin Ibrahim in June 2021 just three months after Ben Pol divorced her.
“My boyfriend thinks all Tanzanian artists sound the same and are always sounding like they are crying when singing,” Anerlisa captioned a clip of her laughing at Melvin’s suggestion.

Weeks ago the Keroche heiress took to social media to celebrate being ‘free’ finally following a successful divorce.
“Officially Free. It would not be fair to not give a shout-out to these two advocates who worked tirelessly to make sure that the divorce was done quickly and not wait for years. Hamza Jabir and Hosea Chamba. Thank you for your work and for doing everything as requested,” Anerlisa wrote.
However, Ben Pol came out to slam Anerlisa for celebrating their divorce. He noted that he is yet to receive any new notification from the court where he filed the divorce case in April 2021.
The Bongo singer denied that their divorce had been finalized as claimed by Anerlisa, noting that the court was yet to communicate to him, and the status quo still remains.
The 32-year-old further said Anerlisa’s behaviour paints an image of someone still hurting.
