Julius Owino alias Juliani and Brenda Wairimu broke up in 2017 but only went public about their split in 2019. Their relationship had been shrouded in secrecy.
The duo was together for eight long years before their come-we-stay marriage hit rock bottom due to irreconcilable differences.
Juliani revealed that it was Brenda who left him when he opened up about his trouble marriage while speaking during media interview.
“I think Brenda leaving me was the most beautiful thing that happened to me, because when you are in a relationship you always think you are doing what the other person wants. You think you are a hardworking man, wewe unamletea maua yeye anataka skuma, so the day they decide to leave it has nothing to do with you,” said Juliani in a September 2021 interview with the Standard.
Fast forward to January 2022, Juliani blamed himself for his failed relationship while speaking during an interview with Nation.
“I was a good person but not godly. Relationships should be nurtured not for selfish reasons… I had a lot going on which did not serve her well. When in a relationship, you are in a place of service. I did not have this mindset then,” said Juliani.
He added that;
“I met her physically in USIU where I was doing a tour and she told me she was my fan. We started having conversations and then things fell into place. She is beautiful.”
Meanwhile Brenda Wairimu hinted that she could be a depressed mom through her post on social media.
Brenda and Juliani have a six-year-old daughter Amor Njeri who remained in the custody of the former though they are co-parenting.
Unlike Juliani whose love life is exposed to the public after announcing his relationship with former Machakos County first lady Lillian Nganga, Brenda has remained relatively private
She has been giving mixed signals in matters love, despite recently stating that she is single and not searching.
