Zuchu publicly poured out her heart to Diamond Platnumz for the first time while performing in US.
The Bongo songbird was feted at the Afrimma award after she emerged as the winner Best East African Female Artiste 2022.
In her acceptance speech, Zuchu recalled how a day earlier she had been disappointed after fans failed to show up at her gig in Houston.
The Bongo singer said she spent the night crying after her first show in the US flopped.
However, Zuchu noted that she would no longer cry over spilt milk and stressed that she would continue working hard to strive for the best.
Zuchu gave a shoutout to fellow female musicians she had been nominated with in the same category.
She, however, concluded her speech by pouring out her heart to Diamond Platnumz whom she said was her hero, stressing that she loved him so much.
“My hero Diamond Platnumz, I love you, you will always be my hero,” Zuchu said.
